Excellent posts here Kenton including the Share price evaluation Analysis. Thanks for sharing the data. This all makes sense. Can you imagine the ALTH figure we would have reached back in 2022 knowing this information.
As already mentioned Nigel and DLA Piper will already be well on top of this analysis and you can bet that is why KoBold and the US are now really coaching the DRC to be involved.
The DRC also has a right to demand fair value moving forward but that revenue will come in the future. Their economy should begin to boom on the back of this Mining development. I am guessing the Lithium and Tin are only the tip of all resources that could be extracted from this land and Ko Bold have already started their own discovery work.
However, first things first, payment needs to be made as Fair compensation to those that have assisted in the discovery of the resources, tested the quality, and confirmed through further drilling the Mine life for extraction of these critical resources. This information presented in an Arbitration hearing would simply be invaluable to AVZ Minerals legal standing.

The Share price analysis is a great starting point for spelling out to the DRC, in the current negotiations, the enormous wealth in these resources and how it could launch a major mining boom in Country that would be an attraction for investors from all over the world, not just in mining.
Its hard to put a value on what AVZ should be entitled but $4US is a bargain for an initial ML of 20 years.
Lets hope the DRC begin to assess and realise the reality and start moving forward.
