Very little for the highly paid staff to do, any good MD would lay off all the non essential staff and rehire when required. …which does not look like any time soon. Also, management needs to take a pay cut, how can they expect to be paid high wages for sipping coffee and playing darts and pool in the boardroom all week. Bit tongue in cheek here but honestly, what have they got to fill in their week apart from organising DC and co trips overseas ?
