I’ve got ZERO insider knowledge on this - otherwise I would not be commenting - but I know full well how this can play out having lived through numerous M&A’s and also demergers
MRK share price has dropped almost 50% in past 12 months, not sustainable, and the shareholders will demand action - otherwise there will be changes at the top….again not saying it’s MSB, just that to believe it could NOT happen as possibility is ludicrous
if MSB have any potential Billion dollar blockbuster pipeline drugs they will be a target - it’s that simple. If they don’t, well the. You can rest easy.
