prospectus and investors presentation

The first round of presentations happens tomorrow in Brisbane and I will be attending. I understand that attendance is restricted to 100 people.

I have worked through the two documents and found it hard going as the structure is a bit skewiff and the information is sketchy. If my analysis is correct then it paints a very concerning picture. There is a suggestion in the Prospectus that they may already have been talking to corporations and institutions about involvement which indicates a concern on the part of management of raising the minimum amount but this is just subjecture on my part. Also the Directors and senior management are committed to participating in the CR which is good news and what some people on the forum were asking.

I have put together a couple of pages of questions and doubt we will be given much opportunity to ask more than a couple of questions but if anybody has a pressing issue they would like clarified then let me know tonight and I will see if I have covered it and if not see if it can be fitted in.
