It must be remembered that the test results we receive from PL6 will not be complete and will only serve as a guide and comparison to that achieved with PL4. We are basically using the same testing equipment used in PL4 which was determined not to be adequate in testing the full potential of the chip. This is why Infineon was brought into the development process. What Infineon will provide is a way of accessing the' full' characterisation of the PL6 megabit chip. So the reality is we will not know the 'full' characterisation or capability of PL6 until the work with Infineon is complete. We will have a guide only.
I can't see any offers for our IP landing on our table until the 'full' characterisation of PL6 is complete....... ie. when Infineon is finished their work.
