Most societies fragments with time if Single Unified Civil Code is not adopted and enforced. History is full of such examples.(Former Yugoslavia, India & Pakistan: South Sudan, North Sudan(Christian Vs Islamic), All fragmented due to religious indifferences). List is endless.
Singapore is other example where Single Civil Code is Enforced and it is a success.
We are now seeing massive religious problem in Russia now. Never heard that just 10 years back.
Just take a case of Burqa: I call it oppressive dress for females. 10th century dress code in 21st century, makes no sense to me.
