Pete,
Let's hope that Tony doesn't try to raise capital via a share issue either in the USA or Canada.
I hope, and do believe, that Tony is very conscious about his shareholders and will try to raise the sp first, then try to raise some capital via a renounceable rights issue, and then raise the rest of the money needed via an offtake agreements. Don't forget that if things turns out as planned, we will have some DSO to sell and immediately help us with the raising of cash for further mining developments. Some of the DSO is just about at surface, so it wouldn't cost that much to send it for shipment.
This to me, would be an optimum result with existing shareholders given the chance of increasing their holding without reducing their percentage holdings and dilution.
We have about 180million shares on issue and if we get a renounceable rights issue at say 1 for 10 or even 1 for 20 at a discount of say 10 or 15%, PLV will raise, based on the current sp value, anything between 9 and 18 million dollars. More than sufficient to get us where we want to.
Cheers and please DYOR.
