Very good observation and coverage of RCL for a good period of time. I think the company is really well positioned now. The reliance of government policy/funding makes it a little susceptible to fluctuations. Broadly though, they should be tailwinds for ReadCloud
It does feel at a tipping point now and as the VET segment could grow at an amazing rate, without much/any capital required if everything goes to plan.
