would have thought it a government right to impose what ever taxes they like, but even now, how long would an appeal take?
the tariffs would have netted the US lots of cash against it debt, (never to be paid regardless)....so although futures up, think it may come back lots as the US enconomy likely to suffer? maybe a 10% tariff could be a balance to keep the world in balance and keeping the largest finanical market feeling supported
