There has been an algo fund that has been trading volume in RNU for a number of years now.
Their entries and exits in RNU positions make up a decent amount of RNU's trading volume each month is my guess.
We need to see institutional buying here to have a sustained re-rate and that will not occur until the project is completely derisked, FID and funding in place and a clear path to profitability.
I think the time frame for such endeavours is just too long for MOST retail investors, which is likely why we will continue to see SP weakness here IMO.
