Sounds like something expensive lawyers on the make may say to keep an angry and motivated chap interested in pursuing dead ends. But who knows, nothing is ever a given. I could go through the legal points, but it’s clear it’s pointless as it’s not engaged with and, more importantly, we need to see the actual verdict of course.
