It's interesting as a mate of mine who works at UBS equity sales desk said it is Regal running a large short of MSB and he said regal are of the view they will cap the stock using algos and force/choke the company into a cap raising to get out.
So I dont think these shorters really understand whats happening with MSB. We all know they got lucky in 2020 with the FDA not approving after the 9-1 in favour vote. I dont think these shorters are very smart or knowledged up on the emerging fundamentals such as cashflow positive imminent, possible EU approval, AA on CHL and the $200m cash pile.
