How is it the same when Auto CAR-T use the patient's own cell so for each patient they will need to manufacture individual drug which logically make it's more expensive and if the patient can't produce healthy immune cell then the treatment won't be available to them? Early registrational clinical trial from Allogene show it's better and Azer-Cel's clinical trial are conducted on patient who have failed Auto CAR-T treatment and Chemotherapy.
