    There was one paragraph in there i found particularly interesting.

    "Decision to mine made in January, 2011: Mining Licence application submitted and expect completion of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) at end of February for submission in March. The EIA covers the coal mine, power station and loading/ unloading stockpiles. Tancoal is currently sourcing crushing, drilling and earthmoving equipment"
