Zijin can value their so called 15% at whatever they want. Heck I value my house at $1Bill but I doubt anyone would buy it for that price.

You can only go on recent transactions and the fact is AVZ has agreed to sell 30.5% for USD259.25M. That is fact!

You may say well they had already previously agreed to sell 24% at USD240M valuing Manono at USD1B. Yes that was at a higher lithium price. But it'is even worse as the additional 6.5% (30.5-24)% was sold by AVZ for an additional USD19.25M!!! Pittance. It was basically given away.
Ask yourself why??

You need to realise that at best, AVZ will only hold an indirect ownership of Manono of 44.5%.
