The stock’s already been shorted into oblivion. Now they’re tidying up the cap table and giving themselves permission to issue up to 1.2 billion new shares without ever coming back to shareholders. That’s not positioning for growth, that’s laying the groundwork for a raise, plain and simple.
If there’s no substantial news straight after the consolidation, this thing will keep sliding. At this point, it’s less about unlocking value and more about squeezing whatever’s left.
Let’s be honest, if they had real news to support the share price, it would’ve landed before this consolidation was announced, not after. The silence while prepping a 34:1 split says it all.
I hope I’m wrong. I really do. If they somehow pull off a genuine turnaround, I’ll gladly eat my keyboard—34 keys at a time!!!
