The shares are sold and I can claim my loss (and their fee) now. But I have to hold them in trust until they can transfer the registration. They handle all that so its out of my hands now. I just edit my qty in my broker to zero so I dont see them anymore. So yeah in a way I still hold the shares but "delisted" would be the beneficial owner I guess.
