Bill - thanks for your kind words. Sharks or no sharks, the education I've received in dealing with CCC, having discussions with knowledgable HC members, and through my own research into the thermal coal market has been extremely valuable. I truly hope that I have not misled anyone here, but I can only work with the information available. My outlook has been a consistently positive one, which may mean that I forgive faults & weaknesses in the company too easily. Time will tell.

I appreciate your contributions here, as they are obviously based on intelligent investigation of the company's procedures, statements & disclosures (including media releases). I'm looking forward to hearing some detailed responses from CCC to explain the anomalies you have identified. Sorry I haven't been participating in the weekend discussions - been away from the net for almost the entire weekend. Once again, the concerns that you raise are valid & may indeed go to the heart of the matter, as to why the large funds we have been hearing about have not so far chosen to buy on market, sufficient to warrant "substantial holder" notices.

As far as the 40m EDF options go (20m 5c strike & 20m 10c strike - ex. date 16/07/2016) - I was fully aware of those, and don't think it was necessarily pertinent to the original question, regarding the coal loan arrangements.

    Cheers.
