On a practical note
Lets say all goes to plan here and the Government concedes through mediation in the next few weeks, do you have any idea based on any past precedent how that plays out on the market. Is it a TH pending a PEP11 announcement with the relevant parties notified prior to the market being advised this is back with the JA for approval and would DB disclose to market what the conditions of the mediated outcome where.
