Your corelation gives you comfort but is no better than the rise of female sin the workplace as far as corelation goes.
Your bigger problem is that there is in fact no perfect corelation anyway even if carbon dioxide was the sole cause and this is according to the settled science.
I am sure @jopo could explain this to you at length but to keep it as simple as possible for you the greenhouse effect ascribed to carbon dioxide in a closed system is logarithmic. That is as the carbon dioxide level rises the temperature rise associated with this rises at a diminishing rate. That is the graphs should not look the same.
