    If you read further into the announcement, it states that there was contractual clause that could have resulted in forfeiture of 1.2Mil shares if they didn't exercise the 400k warrants. So they didn't want to throw away in effect 1.6Mil shares. Pretty close to a break even position either way though ... bet they aren't that happy!
