It means no one, not Dathcom, not KoBold, not anyone, can be granted the Manono license until this clean-up is done. The government is basically admitting the mining registry is a mess and needs fixing, which backs up what AVZ has been saying all along. This freeze puts everything on hold and keeps AVZ in the picture, no one can move forward at Manono without first dealing with the legal mess, and that strengthens AVZ’s position in any potential settlement or payout.

Fingers crossed you don’t back away from this latest leaning like you did when you promised to be less negative after the CATL $10mil was applied to litigation funding after you’d screamed the house down about it not being litigation funding.
