I went down to the 23rd level in A1 around 1990 and they said then that there was plenty more gold below their feet, but the restriction was the very narrow shaft to bring the ore up to surface. Broken Hill Holdings owned it then. The "lift" was fast and scary, had to keep your shoulders in ! Having held via the different owners since the '80s, at 81 yo, I am confident of seeing a return on investment before I kark it. Riv
