Now closing in on Dai-ichi's $8.45 entry price.
And even if it gets there, that will still leave the stock trading on P/E of around 13x.
Which is probably getting to fair and reasonable valuation for this company, but the penny that still needs to drop in the mind of the market is the likely reduction in capital intensity which is expected from APRA's imminent review of prudential capital requirements for annuity products.
