If all funding, permitting, and contracts fall into place faster than the current schedule, first production could potentially be brought forward to late 2026, but I doubt it. The company is actively working to make this happen, but the timeline depends most on the speed of grant approval and final investment decision. But in the meantime, construction and procurement can be accelerated, Permitting for the Belfast Harbor site is progressing and could be finalized late 2025, while Front-end engineering and construction contracts (EPCM) are ready to move once funding is locked in, with EMRʼs feedstock infrastructure already in place, the supply chain can ramp up very quickly.
Anything before early 2027 requires perfect execution—no room for delays, IMHO I cant see this happening, either way late 2026 or early 2027 wouldn't make any difference. Demo Plant can be retro fitted while we wait and receive an income during construction.
