i donot think making hydrogen from ammonia is the target of transporting hydrogen as ammonia. Ammonia have a big market for use in agriculture fertilizers, and plan is to make that green until they get a break through on h2 transportation.
If you remember wds bought green ammonia unit in US so that they can use their ccs hydrogen there.
