    This would be the US Government grant that has been applied under Specialty Metals section, Tungsten Mining USD 15.8m. Hardly fairy fantasies.

    As far as mis-management. You obviously haven't looked at G6M, Tungsten West, Tungsten Mining or Ormonde mining in the tungsten space.
