JARL what do you expect him to say and on what forum. Should he write a letter to all shareholders? How can this be posted when only the directors can communicate with shareholders. Should he make a statement on the ASX? Only the company can make a statement on the ASX. Should he take out a newspaper advertisement? Well that seems hardly appropriate.

Why do you think he is appalled at what's happening to the Company he may be delighted? What evidence do you have of this. He is a paid employee of the company and as such I should imagine supports the Board otherwise he would cease to be involved.

JARL this is not the first time you have made such a demand. If you want to speak to him ring him in Washington I am sure that the Company can put you in touch with him but simply saying that because he has not made a statement at large to the shareholders he must be appalled is at the very least provocative.
