It's the production costs I am concerned with. Last quarter, reciepts from sales were $427k but production costs were $610! Including other costs, ie admin, the net operating cash flow for the quarter was reported as -$637k.
They reportedly have $1,271k in the bank but most of that seems attributable to proceeds of share issue etc.
Estimate cashflow for next quarter totals -$800k.
This concerns me - if I were to buy, will there be a further capital raising if cash runs too low?
