. Once it has been assigned, your booth location will be displayed at www.napeexpo.com / www.internationalpavilion.com on the online floor plan. Exhibitor packets will be mailed (usually within two weeks) beginning October 15, 2010.
Each 3m x 3m (approx. 10? x 10?) booth will be set with Velcro Compatible walls (8? tall), carpet, skirted table, two chairs, a wastebasket and a 7? x 44? identification sign. NO MODIFICATIONS MAYBE DONE TO INLINE BOOTH STRUCTURES. Inquiries regarding additional furniture must be directed to Freeman Exhibitor Services at 713-433-2400 after your booth registration has been confirmed.
If an Exhibitor Services company other than Freeman will need access to the Exhibit Hall to set up your booth, you must provide show management with proof of insurance prior to January 21, 2010. Upon written notice of cancellation prior to December 17, 2010, a refund of 50% of the booth purchase price will be returned to the exhibitor. After December 17, no refunds will be issued.

Held at the Convention Center the day before the Expo, the
International Forum consists of a morning workshop followed by a Prospect Promotions session in the afternoon where national oil companies and independent producers will overview the exploration and investment opportunities that they will be featuring in their International Pavilion booths at the NAPE? Expo.
Consider the afternoon Prospect Promotions session as an extension of your exhibit space and a way to promote your prospects to a pre-qualified audience. You will have 10 minutes for your presentation and 2-3 minutes for Q&A. Presentations are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis for International NAPE exhibitors
