It will depend largely on the T&Cs within the JV contracts. To be honest, I am not actually that familiar or across the details of how disputes are managed across JVs, especially when it comes to clashing decisions on commercialising the gas. In most cases, almost everyone wants to produce as fast as possible to generate cashflow. Unfortunately, we just happen to be JV with the richest person in Australia who doesn't need the cashflow, and who just bought a truckload of adjacent gas assets.
