1. No, not really. The trial start has been a little slower than I expected ... but remember, the timeline is now in the hands of the 'sponsor', not IMU.
2. I am capable of grasping that IMU have de-prioritised PD1-VAXX to concentrate on other programs. Clearly they are very happy for neo-POLEM to be proceeding with the sponsor.
3. Actually, I'm not that excited about many aspects of IMU's program management, but I can see I'm not the only one.
4. "a now ex-employee has told me" implies what? (Don't bother answering, I actually don't need you to). When I was corresponding with Nic he was still an employee, and a much valued one and a very credible source of information.
5. "a generally higher response rate" doesn't confirm it 'across the board'. Believe it or not, there are indications where the FDA will not support the use of Keytruda. I can supply evidence but I expect you already know this.
6. You make a comparison of Keytruda with PD1-Vaxx in the treatment of NSCLC !!! Do we have any data that will allow us to compare PD1-Vaxx vs Keytruda in mismatch repair-deficient /microsatellite instability high (dMMR/MSI-high) colorectal cancer ? I suspect not but I'm happy to see the evidence.
7. Yes, I too would like to know the final dosing in the neo-POLEM trials ... but I can wait, I'm sure we will hear soon enough.

I don't know where Nic is working now. He was going to take a break and concentrate on his sailing (perhaps Slick knows).

On a similar matter, I used to correspond with Paul W fairly regularly but I have not heard from him since he stood down from his position. If I hear I will be happy to let you know.
