Critical thinking includes recognizing when demand is here NOW, not hypothetical. The UK government doesn't hand out $10.0M AUD + £85M grants for "fairytales" - they do it for strategic infrastructure that's desperately needed. Some investors see problems and don't have the balls, others see solutions and see the future and invest to make profits
IXR isn't promising magic - it's delivering the only Western facility producing separated Dy/Tb oxides. The "big ticket items" (defense, EVs, wind) are driving policy support today coming out this month UK Critical Minerals Strategy and Industrial Strategy (Invest 2035) , not in a decade.
Caveat Emptor? HaHaHaha... Absolutely. But dismissing Projects, concrete partnerships and feasibility studies as 'fairytales' isn't DD - it's pessimism without basis.
