Always interesting to read the latest theories, trying to explain the unexplainable.
One is missing, though: Folks in Moz will be quite unhappy about having the world´s largest graphite mine sitting idle most of the time. No royalties, no taxes, no nothing for them. They won‘t like that for sure. What will THEY do to remedy this?
This wouldn’t be the first african state to disappropriate an owner out of disappointment (better official reasons certainly could be found). Nor would it be the first mine in Africa being handed to the Chinese, hoping for better personal benefits. What an irony that would be.
Not that I am serious about that…just to complete the collection.
