I do understand the frustration of "old" holders.
That is why INL sp is climbing a very steep hill.
The good thing is that La Jolla is history & no more indescreminate large volume selling @ any price.
It seems that stock is being gradually cocentrated in fewer hands.
When we see a couple of substantial holders on the register ( so far there are none ),it will really be clear that INL has turned the corner.
Ther is no doubt, though,that INL is a much safer play now than a couple of years ago.
It is well worth the extra wait.
