I agree that shareholders need to take action, however I don't believe a consolidated effort (for example one letter signed by 50 shareholders) is the way to go.
I think we should be individually flooding BrainChip with our questions and continue to do so until we get answers. I intend to be a fly in the ointment, and I am going to continue emailing the board until I (hopefully) get answers. At the very least, I have a formal record of the dates, times and questions asked of them!
Over two weeks ago, I sent a list of questions to BRN and I am still waiting on replies from then. I have sent another reminder to BRN that I am still waiting on a reply. I am also emailing board members individually rather than going through Tony Dawe.
If I don't get a reply in the next day or so, perhaps I should publish the questions that I sent BRN on HC, and then maybe other individual shareholders could also email BRN with their questions and perhaps include some of mine if they think they are relevant?
I have also made a complaint to the ASX regarding BrainChip. I consider my complaint to the ASX was justified, however I doubt that they have investigated, as they would need BRN to give them a copy of the AGM video, so that the ASX themselves can verify some of the information in my complaint. I wonder if there would be some value in other shareholders also making official complaints to the ASX?. Perhaps I should also put my complaint on here so others can lodge their own complaints with the ASX. Maybe if enough of us complain to the ASX, they will be forced to take action?
