Interesting drop today. Buyers regret from two days ago I assume. this is now down over 5% from the time Healthscope went into administration so has taken a while for people to digest the information.
if people were worried about HCW taking a haircut on the rent I think the share price has already priced that in. Whether it happens or not is anyone's guess. I think there will be something thrown in from HCW but it will not be crazy. 10% would be a stab in the dark guess but it isn't going to be 40% by any stretch of the imagination. Other hospitals would have been on similar leases and still operate profitably.
