Are you trying to be obtuse ?

The architect and builder have met whatever is required to be compliant and create a wall structure that was ultimately compliant - FBR built a wall. Does that make sense ? Would have to look at plan detail to see how it was achieved back then and if that is still possible now.

As above you can make any wall fireproof by placing a actual fireproof wall system beside it or on either side of it. We have no idea how FBR walls if required have been made fireproof. They may have double or triple layered overlapping fireproof gyprock on them or used foam and render approved systems or built a fireproof stud wall ? Every component making up the system from screws to glue to overlaps top number of screws and min max spacing is approved only in the manner initial specified with approval.

The point was and still is that a wall build by FBR out of bricks and glue without other treatments is not fireproof . How hard is that to understand.

Yep in 2018 they did a test wall in Australia with a render on it
    Yep in 2019 rules changed
What is required for other countries?
What is required for current glue and blocks ?

What I can tell you is that sellys in a tube isn't the answer nor is a random bag of render on a wall as everything now is required to be tested as a system.

There are always around these things but all come at cost of time and $ , extra trades which all take efficiency away from initial fast block laying speed if a fireproof wall is required.
