I don’t want to sound like a broken record, but the Jan CATL announcement to purchase 30.5% for USD259.25M values AVZ’s share of 44.5% at AUD580M using AUDUSD 0.65.

With 3.5B shares on issue, the CATL transaction values each AVZ share at AUD580M / 3.5B shares = 17c.

Soooo….17c…..but Kobold will pay $4???
Somehow I don’t think so.

At $4 a share, 3.5B shares and 44.5% ownership, that would value Manono at over AUD30B ($4 x 3.5B / 0.445).
Again…somehow I don’t think so.
