I am predicting a contract is signed in the next 2 weeks.
That is based on rumors I have heard, so not sure if it can be called a prediction.
With a contract signed, there is means to apply for a debt faciliting and the sky is the limit.
Fingers crossed for something being annoused in the next 2 weeks.
