I'm not even going to bother giving a proper response, that's genuinely insane and only makes any sense in the context of your assumption that the assets are worth nilch.
I mean what is your expectation out of the review? Something like: - Deprioritise/pause B-cell platform development and trials - Seek commercial partnerships for paused assets - Sell off major cost centres (i.e. the manufacturing facility) - Reduce headcount - Clean-up the share registry - Seek additional funding - Prioritise the asset closest to registration/market (Azer-cel) - Slow walk other ongoing trials as a secondary priority
