Hey mate, it has been a frustrating wait again
It seems we are always learning with Mesoblast.
First the complex, elongated and costly FDA BLA process...
And now the insurance reimbursement process - the sales is slow due to the agreements that the bulk of the coverage is to be ready by 1st of July. So, I don't expect huge patient numbers for this quarter...
But, we have to remember that Mesoblast is not manufacturing widgets here, our Ryoncil kits are very highly valued - so, it wouldn't take many Ryoncil kits to show a sizeable $$$ that will finally wake up the market to Mesoblast
I'm not stressed with this wait - but, I don't have to like it!
