I should add by way of example if you want to see how the Co. communications in T/O proceeded, look at MKG taken over by AUE in the last few months. Those guys were pretty resistant too but they got a good/great deal*.
All IMVHO * Of course, they'll take the opportunity to call me every name under the sun, even though they end up making a lot of money from where they were (dead in the water) when the bid came. People are like that (especially when it comes to money).
