what appears clear to me is "someone" out there has changed their view on the stock .. buy side is well supported last couple of days.. currently bids running at 15.7m and offers only 6.3m .. and no one seems to be in a hurry to accept a lower offer .. seeing how long it lasts and looking to do more accumulation running up to next 4c.. the breakout opportunity you mention Fred may be closer than some people think ..
