Yeah I think that's sensible. The CGT sounds like a nice problem to have lol - tax means you're making money . All depends upon the stage of life you're at I suppose. Markets can obviously 'stay irrational much longer than you can stay solvent' as they say - which is what's happening now. There is no fundemental measure (that I can find), which puts this current CBA valuation into any realms of reality......but as they say 'follow the trend'....and it's a strong uptrend...
