Small correction on your post...Piggy backs have 2 yrs expiry after they are issued...so upto 3 yrs from now and have a 1.9c exercise...not 1.3c. But your point is valid.
A consolidation is unlikely until the 1.3 options are exercised. When ever that turns out to be.
