BOTTOM LINE: 4% SI is by no means any signs of manipulation. anyone saying that is simply wanted to spread panic and can go on the ignore list
Some traders may be exploiting low liquidity for intraday short gains
Alarm bells after 7% SI for Small-cap biotech. its really b/w 7-15% when it gets noticed and further analyses and due dilligence is required iMHO and you should look for emergency exits
commercial traction updates is what I wait for and then yes could be full on rocket and pro dumping
although i'll be lying if i say i am not nervous after MS and UBS lack of belief in June/July update. significant $$$ sells
