China's restrictions on REE are starting to become a major problem. Trump's meltdown about Chine betraying the USA in trade talks the other day was due to China reneging on their promise to reduce restrictions on REE, they never followed through and delivered. REE are China's prime bargaining chip in the tariff negotiations so I don't think they'll relent easily at all - they have the west by the short and curlys on this one. Of course this is all good for MEI investors as the rule of supply and demand dictates that REE prices will rocket:
