HPC like a lot of smaller companies ( particularly in this market ) is a pretty thinly traded stock
Theres only about 36- mill shares on issue and a good chunk of those are held by the top 20 holders .
Meanwhile ... its hard to get set in any real volume ..and if someone wants to tip a decent amount out ...they either need to be patient or they can crash the share price ( thats what we saw on Tueday .)
Judging the company by the very very low and volatile share price .....is not the way to go with this one I think
a) The share price today is basically in the gutter ( irresoective of .7 cents or 2 cents )
b) These guys are showing some pretty constant sales numbers ..... with the US 260 k for May ..looking good
c) Assuming they are not full of crap ( cant always assume this ) what that MD Baker bloke is saying makes a lot of sense - ( bringing on more High Margin product & pitching to what appears to be a high demand space )
d) Sales for June will be interesting to see , when the June quarterly comes out at the end of July ( that quarterly should also be a pretty telling doc as it will give us the chance to compare the First two Quarter ...where the focus is just on the US Market ( sure there will be some one off expenses still flowing through relating to "re engineering the business )
My view is that its possible that sales could keep growing at a much better rate going forward ... obviously that translates to a bigger business ... perhaps a huge business .
