    Visby's got a lot of cash and backing. In their offer, and per the Press Release, they put in "proof of funds upon request", and they've offered to put cash in Escrow in the past offers. Tiger has not done that at all - they have no cash and still stuck on AUD$1m (because at best - thats all they have).

    This LCL Board is so in bed with Tiger... it's the only explanation, and its fishy AF.
